NOVEMBER: Strength & Flexibility in backbends workshop


 Whether you are a beginner in back bends or practice them regularly, there is always something you are working on to get better.  Every body is unique and everyone's back bending practice is intrinsically different.  

In this workshop we will look at the elements of a back bend to equip you with the 'know' so that you can better understand within the context of your own body 'how' you can improve your practice and what you need to work on.

If there is a particular back bending pose you are working towards e-mail ahead so that it can be incorporated in this workshop.

FEBRUARY 2020: Yoga balance workshop

Although headstands, forearm/arm balances and hand stands are not necessary to practice yoga, taking your practice up side down is a lot of fun and challenging for both body and mind.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and regular yoga practitioners. Other fitness disciplines are welcome to join! We will cover the elements of what is required to lift effortlessly up-side down, your preparatory drills that will help propel your strength and flexibility and how to safely take your practice away from the wall. 

This workshop is limited to 10 students
