In this session we will practise the full sequence of poses that make up the Primary Series.
As usual, you will be encouraged to work at your own level of difficulty but be prepared to work hard. Please avoid eating at least 1,5 hours before the class.
If you are new to Ashtanga - you are encouraged to attend a half-series class first. Spare mats and props are provided at the venue.
This session is limited to 16 students (advance booking is encouraged via the venue)
